I am sorry that if this differ from the ideal usage scenario you had in mind.
In fact, only photos that have been indexed by the TOS will appear in Photos. The photos backed up or uploaded to TNAS via the TNAS mobile app are not automatically indexed.
If TOS were to handle indexing automatically, it could result in significant performance overhead and affect system stability. We recommend scheduling a regular indexing session via the TOS Web interface.
Additionally, please open the backup destination directory on TNAS under “Files” and check whether these 3,500 images are present.

Re: TOS 7.0.0500 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
Hi! I created a new shared folder. I created a new user, assigned them permissions to the shared folder, and added them in the SMB application section, but they still can't mount the shared folder (they're denied). I also blocked them from using the TOS in the application section, but they can still log in to the web UI!!??

Re: TOS 7.0.0500 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
just an FYI the new version of the app seems to crash when trying to upload video files that are several GB in size
phone = Xiaomi 15 Ultra
Android 16
OS = Hyper OS 3.0.9.0
My TNAS
- Device = T6-423
- RAM = 32gb official Terramaster ram
- Disks = 3 x Seagate IronWolf ST400VN006 4TB
- TOS = 7.0.0765
- BIOS = 5.19
- Mobile App = 3.5.0.77
Re: TOS 7.0.0500 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
Our internal testing shows that uploading video files several gigabytes in size on Android system phones does not cause TNAS Mobile to crash. Can you consistently reproduce this issue? What is the specific size and format of the uploaded video?

I have re-indexed all my photos on the NAS - in photos im currently now not seeing any thumbnails.
should i go to the index directories - remove them re-add and let it start indexing again?
