Since you can access the videos on the NAS through Kodi, the storage module of the NAS itself should be working properly. Can you access the NAS via SSH?

If so, please log in and run the following commands, then send us the output for analysis:

After I upgraded my NAS T5-221 to from TOS 6.0 to TOS 7.0 via auto update, I waited 1 hour and rescan using TNAS PC app and my NAS is no longer found
I tried restarting the NAS but it didn't work. I got stuck now and can't access my NAS anymore.
