You can check the RAID synchronization speed by entering the command 'cat /proc/mdstat' in the 'Terminal' application of TOS. Meanwhile, please go to 'Control Panel > Disks > S.M.A.R.T.' to run a S.M.A.R.T. test on the disks and check for any "Warning" or "Critical" alerts.
