Re: D5-300C bays 4 and 5 not sleeping

Please safely eject the disks in HDD3/4/5 slots and see if the disks go to hibernation?
If the disks can hibernate normally after the safe ejection, it means it has nothing to do with the product hardware, but most likely the system is using some files on the disks to prevent them from hibernating.

There may be a problem of old system boot files causing crash. You can try replacing the disk or formatting it.

Re: Docker error

Never received any other similar feedback. Depending on your TNAS model and TOS version. It's possible that incomplete updates or smaller system partitions are affecting it, and it's hard to tell the exact process that's affecting it. You may consider referring to this to try to solve it: https://fo...

Re: how to start over with data?

We are not 100% certain of the situation from your description. Regarding files that have been taken snapshots, as long as any related snapshots still exist, the files will continue to occupy space unless all related snapshots are deleted. Generally speaking, when restoring a snapshot, the final cap...

Re: snapshot recovery everything has gone from my coonected usb drives

If you want to reset the storage, you just need to delete the volume and create create the volume. Note that this will delete all applications and snapshots located on the volume at the same time.

Re: F2-220 Failing to read hard drives during Initialization

If you confirm that there is no problem with the hard drive, please check if you are using the original power supply. The original power supply can generally provide sufficient output power of around 40W. You can also replace it with another 12V higher power power adapter. If you ultimately confirm ...

Re: Docker won’t download images

Based on the model and version information you provided, perhaps you have used TOS4 before and still retain its partition format? We can't rule out the possibility that the problem may be caused by an incompatible partition format or a version update! You may consider reinstalling TOS to fix the pro...

Re: f4-424 pro setup

It looks like your router doesn't have an IP assigned to TNAS, you can refer to this to set your TNAS IP.
