The network connection is fine. I don’t know how to do it though SSH. Shouldn’t there be a way to get the app to work.
Docker won’t download images
Re: Docker won’t download images
Are you referring to SSH login failure? Or does it fail to pull through the “docker pull” command after logging in to SSH?
Can you provide the execution process of instructions?

Re: Docker won’t download images
Use the ssh command to run 'docker info'.
1.Toverify the values for" Kernel Version", "Docker Root Dir", and "Registry".
2.Access the URL returned by the Registry value using a web browser and determine if the webpage opens(like Docker Hub?).
3.If the Kernel Version value is not 5.15.59, it is recommended to uninstall the Docker Engine application, restart the tos system ,and reinstall the Docker Engine application. Uninstall Docker Engine .

Re: Docker won’t download images
Based on the model and version information you provided, perhaps you have used TOS4 before and still retain its partition format?
We can't rule out the possibility that the problem may be caused by an incompatible partition format or a version update!
You may consider reinstalling TOS to fix the problem that may be caused by a version update:

You may consider this method to reset the partition format and install the latest TOS version:
viewtopic.php?t=4912

Re: Docker won’t download images
We need to verify the problem you described in the lab. If possible, can you provide more information? What operations did you perform that prevented you from downloading the image normally?
