NO, Install tos6 to update TOS 7.0.0746
From what I understand, I should take the NAS and set the BIOS boot priority to the specific drive containing TOS 7. Otherwise, I don't understand why the DAS prevents the system from booting from that TOS 7 drive.EriChan wrote:

TOS 7 is installed, clean install. The drives are also clean. The storage pool and other settings are not configured. When choosing "Restart" from within the OS, it fails to boot. After powering off, it starts correctly from the power button, but not always. Periodically, it drops into initialization with a prompt to install TOS 6.
