Hi i have an issue with my F223. since i forgot the super admin password i try to reinitialize the nas with the hard reset but impossible to understand the way.
i shut down it.
put a paperpin in the reset hole
maintain it for 30 s
push briefly the power button but nothing
it starts with no bip or led briefly no lan led
if somebody can explain me slowly i'm not a specialist ...

Sorry this method is not applicable to your NAS model.
Please try resetting via your security email address.
If you have confirmed that your security email address is correct, but you do not receive the verification code email after clicking "Send Verification Code," you will likely have to reset TOS with method B in the following link.

ok i found the way
i install one disk with no data
now i have 3 disks the 2 before where all are my data
i have no raid just 2 disks separate.
i put the 3rd disk just to access. I tried to put one by one the fist 2 disks in the hope of access the data but it s not working i dont see any of my previous data...
