For troubleshooting:
- Attempted an additional reboot
Unplugged the device for 10 minutes and plugged back in
Removed the drive and rebooted
Pressed and held the power button
What can I attempt next to restore my device and hopefully my data?
Thank you for the response. I attempted flashing the drive, installing it, and power the unit on without drives inserted. I still get no new response. Just a green power light, and red lights for the drive bays. The network light never comes on and there are no tones heard.
I purchased the drive in 2019. I was not seeing an option for support on Amazon. Can you help direct to me that contact option?TMjack wrote: ↑28 Sep 2025, 14:14 Hello!
Based on our communication, the issue is likely related to the hardware of the F4-220's motherboard. It's important to note that the F4-220 model has been discontinued for many years. May I ask when you purchased this product? How many hard drives are installed in your F4-220 device?
Given the current situation, we recommend that you contact TerraMaster's sales support team on Amazon. They can provide you with a discounted offer to facilitate the purchase of our new 4-bay model (we recommend choosing a device with an M.2 slot). Once you have acquired the new device, we can arrange for a technician to remotely assist you with the data migration process.
