My remote connection does not work from the Android mobile application (5g) 3.4.023.
but in local wifi connection, everything is correct
Was the connection okay before updating to version 6.0.770?
Please confirm if the NAS is connected to the internet and check if the TNAS.online service is enabled. (TOS Web - Control Panel - Network)
Try accessing the NAS remotely via a browser.
my remote connection has disappeared since TOS version 6.0.750 (X86)
before all was ok
with google chrome the link send me to xxxxxx.s2.tnas2.link without success
The currently assigned server may be temporarily unavailable on your network. You can try restarting TNAS.online and access it again to check if you're still assigned to either S2 or S3 server.
Alternatively, you can first visit https://tnas.online/ in your browser and enter your TNAS ID to see what error message appears.

Local access and SMB are working fine — I can access my server locally without any issues. I never use remote login myself; I just wanted to let you know that it’s no longer working, as someone else had pointed out.
Model: F2-424 with TOS 7.0.0777 Bios V08
you can discuss with me in French, German and English

When accessing via LAN(Local Area Network), the remote access address will automatically switch to the local network address.
You may try checking your remote ID using mobile data.
