504 Gateway Timeout

Good morning... I can no longer access the NAS remotely. When I enter the address "https://myname.tnas.link/" it gives me the error "504 Gateway Timeout"

What do you think is the problem?

you can try reinstallation

Not, you do not need to reinstall the OS. try to disable and then enable again the TNAS.online service. If the issue consistent, please update your OS to the latest version.

Not quite latest version I know, I'm trying to recreate dropped connections after upgrading from TOS5

reactivating TNAS.online fails upon entering email - apparently [email protected] style emails are invalid

trying [email protected] hasn't worked either

I also get 504 Gateway Time-out every 2 weeks on my F4-423. Only a hard reboot is solving this issue.
Jellyfin also doesn*t work and gives the same error. SSH with putty also gives "Connection refused."

A thing to add: I'm trying to login via the IP-address + Port.
