[Help] Want to reinstall a TOS version were app cans be reinstalled !

Subject: There is no more "TOS re-install" item in the panel board:

I have a rough souvenir of having installed "the last of the last" TOS version on my F2-221. Now (and it's too late) I think I remember this "last of the last" TOS installation was blocking future updates (and worse future apps installation).

Very stupidly, I have uninstalled (a too rapid manipulation) my Plex server and it is now impossible to reinstall it (even manually).

So, how can I re-install an older TOS in a more flexible version, or how can I upgrade TOS to a TOS5 version, more flexible?
Note: I need a brutal solution (since nothing of all my tests work).

Without my Plex server running, I am very sad .

What version of TOS are you currently using?

The issue may not originate from the system itself; it could be due to HDD errors, file system issues, or incorrect configuration of Plex library files.

The version is TOS 4.2.07-2012241608.
I do not think it comes from HDD errors of a file system issue.
All the other apps have the same problem.

This issue might be caused by damaged system files. If you want to reset the system to lateset TOS 4 -- TOS4.2.44, please refer to:
