Is there any update on this? One drive syncing is critical to the use of my NAS. It seems a very long time for this still to be happening.

Don't hold your breath. I've got a F2-210 that's not been able to set up a connection for months. It's just another thing to add to the list of issues.
Had I known just how bad TerraMaster actually were, I'd have paid a few extra pounds for a more reliable device.

Hi - We are rather desperately awaiting a resolution to this issue. This not being fixed has essentially killed the main functionality I needed for your product - This is unaceeptable for a device that I purchased less than a year ago. What is the status?

I would like to give the benefit of the doubt for now - but i am not far off requesting a refund. Only bought the thing a year ago and it's basically been relegated to the status of a backup USB drive that sits in the ultility room cupboard...

Same here. I have been trying to use cloudsync for more than 6 months but it still doesn't work. It is really disappointing.

ANy news on this LOOOONG overdue fix...
Come on guys - it's not a good loook that one of the key features of having a NAS as opposed to a bog standard plug in drive hjas been on its backside for so long...
