Not able to login from a new Computer

Post by suresh »

Hi,

I bought a new Desktop and trying to connect to my tnas using Windows File Explorer. I keep on getting wrong password message even though I am giving corrrrect password.

I am able to login with same credentials using browser, but not able to connect using File Explorer - to drag and drop files. Please help me.

Thanks.

All,

Thank you for your suggestions, but somehow none of them worked.

Finally it worked when I changed my password.

Thank you.
