Re: TOS 7 Is Now Out of Beta — Official Release

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We fully understand that updating the BIOS can feel like an extra burden, especially when you've been using your TerraMaster device smoothly for years. Over the past decade, TerraMaster has released multiple hardware revisions, and early BIOS implementations did ...

Re: [Help] F6-424 Max CPU core temperature ~100C

It doesn't make sense that the same service or process would consume more resources just because it's running on TOS 7 — that's illogical, and even intentionally making it happen would be extremely difficult. Re: Motherboard Stand-by

Thank you for your suggestion! It's a very practical idea. However, this feature cannot be easily addressed through software alone. Unlike a PC, which can be woken up via physical buttons, a NAS is typically a remote device. Implementing full-system sleep would require a separate wake-up mechanism,...

Also theOpenclaw will not install, fails all the time, dread to see what else stops. May I ask which version your TNAS was running befo...

Re: [Help] TOS7 Apps Data Location Behaviour - Possible Bug

We have tested and verified the issue you reported. Here are the results: If you have never installed or used Emby before, when you install it on Volume 2 for the first time, the Emby shared folder will also be created on Volume 2. If you previously installed and used Emby on Volume 1, the Emby dat...

Re: TOS 7.0.0777 Official Release (X86) is Now Available

I'm still seeing problems with HDD drives not going into sleep mode, does anyone else have the same problem? In this version, we fixed the system disk hibernation function. Is the hard drive you mentioned that cannot hibernate the system disk? No, a hard drive that doesn't go into sleep mode isn't ...
