Hello.

I have a F4-220 Terramaster nas.

I am locked out of the system and this capcheck thing is making is very difficult to try different passwords. Is there just a way to reset the password? I think the email password is not working either.

I have done all this and more and nothing recommended to me on the tech chat, email or forum has helped. I have other NAS from other companies and it works with a user name and password with the windows update. The only one that does not work is TNAS NAS. The only thing that has worked was something...

I have setup all the permission and password yet it still does not work. Does anyone else have this issue?
