[Help] Locked out of system. How do I reset password?

Hello.

I have a F4-220 Terramaster nas.

I am locked out of the system and this capcheck thing is making is very difficult to try different passwords. Is there just a way to reset the password? I think the email password is not working either.

Regarding the issue you are facing, please first try consulting the forum operation guide to recover your password. If you cannot recover it, please refer to Method B in the system reinstallation guide to reset your system.
