[Help] TNAS PC 5.2.003 wont uninstall

Trying to uninstall TNAS PC 5.2.003 and I get an error stating:

"C:\Users\******\AppData\Roaming\TerraMaster\TNAS PC 5.2.003\install\13A8CE4\tnaspc.msi can not be found"

I also get the same error when trying to upgrade to latest version of TNAS PC.

I have searched for the file and it is not on my PC

This generally indicates that the relevant file is missing. Please use the TNAS PC app installation package to repair or reinstall.

I have tried that. Every time it keeps saying that file is missing. I am getting this error when I try to uninstall, update or try a new install with the latest version. I don't have the original version to try to reinstall it with and I cant find it online.

Your Windows system still retains the installation records (registry information) of the old TNAS PC, but the original installation file (tnaspc.msi) has been deleted or moved. Therefore, neither uninstallation nor upgrade can proceed.
You can manually clean the registry and residual files, or use third-party tools for uninstallation.
