Hi All,
I'm completely pulling my hair out here. I am unable to claim my Plex server. It started with it going 'not authorized'. I tried to remove the entries from the preferences file. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. I tried removing the server so I can add it back, but can't get to the setup wizard to claim the server. I tried to ssh into the server but get 'authentication code incorrect'. Any ideas beyond getting a new server and starting over?
