Portainer password not recognised

Portainer password not recognised and now trying to reset. Ive headed over to a GitHub page for password reset from the Portainer help AI.
Have found the below

# stop the existing Portainer container
docker container stop portainer

# run the helper using the same bind-mount/volume for the data volume
docker run --rm -v portainer_data:/data portainer/helper-reset-password
2020/06/04 00:13:58 Password succesfully updated for user: admin
2020/06/04 00:13:58 Use the following password to login: &_4#\3^5V8vLTd)E"NWiJBs26G*9HPl1

# restart portainer and use the password above to login
docker container start portainer

But stumped on where I run this command. I cannot find any terminal page at where to run this instruction.
Tried on MAC but does not work here. And cannot find anywhere else where to run this.

This is all from trying to export google photos using Immich on TOS instructions. Getting seriously peeved about the whole situation and wished I stayed with Synology.

If you are using the latest TOS6, then you can find Terminal on the TOS Desktop menu.
If you are using an earlier version of TOS, you can log into Terminal via HDMI/SSH/Telnet.
