Is there any description, how to use the console port on my T9-450? Is this standard Cisco serial port with RJ45 or anything else? Which settings needs the terminal program?

I gave me a try with a standard cisco console cable and found it working fine. (115200,8N1 VT100) This way i was able to find my boot error after the 5.1.37 update and had access to the system bios to change the boot order.

Yes, currently this console port only works in the BIOS state, once TOS starts, this interface will not work.
