The update to TOS went fine after changing the boot order as required. The shared drives are working fine. Unfortunately, my personal user seems to have disappeared. My personal user returns "User not exists". 'admin' seems to exist, but I must not have saved this password anywhere. The password 'admin' does not work for the user 'admin'. This happens in the console, the web interface, and the phone interface.
I have the OS on a small SSD, and 4 8gb drives. Will I be forced to reinstall and start over?

Re: [Help] Updated F4-423 to TOS 7 OK, but now all users are gone
Which TOS version did you upgrade from to TOS 7?
Usernames are prohibited from using system-reserved names such as "root", "admin", and "homes" in both TOS 6 and TOS 7. If these reserved usernames were used in your previous TOS version, it will cause a conflict.
