I have an F2-425 PLUS currently running TOS 6.0.794.01324.
Is it possible to update directly to the latest available TOS version, 7.0.0780, without going through the earlier 7.0.0746 build first?
I noticed there were a lot of bugs reported on 7.0.0746, so I'd like to jump straight to the latest build if that's possible.
Has anyone here done this jump, or does TerraMaster force a sequential update path?
Thanks!

The CORRECT update for 6.0.794 is here:

Carefully note the caveats and warnings and read the follow up details regarding Bios updates (needed or not).

Yes do the intermediate update first. There are important functions to perform through this update. For example: You will be prompted to allow for "Permission Updates" to be performed. You are well advised to allow this and then WAIT for it to complete BEFORE trying anything out. The time it takes depends on the amount of Volumes/Folders/Files on your system and can take some time (ie hours in some cases). Just wait for the message showing completion.
Once the full update is complete there should be a normal 'push' notification (on next login) for the LATEST Tos7 update available at that time and you can proceed as usual.

Re: [Help] F2-425 PLUS update to TOS 7.x
Ok, I've already updated the BIOS to the latest version, and I just wanted to make sure that updating to the latest TOS 7 release is only incremental.
I'll give it a try this way, although I noticed on the forum that there were a lot of bugs in the first official release, which were later fixed in subsequent versions.
