It's currently still a beta release:

This version has been very stable during its 5-month beta period, with no significant issues found. You may consider it.

Ohne aktivierten Hypercache ist nach Neustart alles ruhig.
Update: Hypercache gelöscht. Nach 2 Wochen und mehren Neustarts mit gelöschen Hypercache alles ok.
Hypercache nun aktiviert. Die ersten Neustarts (-5) nach Tagen ok
Mein Gefühl: Jetzt wieder nach den 10 Neustart dauert der >Raid 5 immer länger.
Bitte prüfen.
Hypercache läuft im Raid 0 mit WD Red 2x1 TB !!!
It is difficult to believe this may be related to SSD Hyper Cache. No such cases have been observed so far.
If you write or delete a large amount of data before shutting down, this phenomenon may occur when restarting. This is because the BTRFS file system is processing unfinished work from before shutdown, and it is a normal phenomenon.

Are you referring to scheduled startup tasks or the power-on after a power outage feature? Please describe how you reproduce the issue, as well as the device model and system version.

yes the schedule startup tasks, I set it to turn on at 6 p.m. every Thursday and it no longer works I changed the time and the day but still not, however to turn off it works I had already had this problem which had been resolved in an old update.

You can try restarting your device or updating to TOS version 6.0.783.
