Try checking the network and then head to the control panel to check for system updates.
To check the network, try the following:
1. If Secure Isolation mode is enabled, turn it off.
2, if the proxy server is enabled, you can shut down the proxy and restart TNAS.
3. Go to the network module of the control panel to check whether the default gateway is consistent with the gateway under your network. If not, modify it to a consistent gateway.
4. Go to the network module of the control panel and try to modify the DNS server. Change the DNS server to the one commonly used in your area or the global DNS server, such as 8.8.8.8.

Re: TOS 6.0.507 (X86) is Released for Update
I have exactly the same issue.tanktarta wrote: ↑30 Sep 2024, 20:53 Sorry, i'm back again with another problem new to 6.0.507.
After having a nightmare with domain joining in 6.0.500, which I eventually fixed, it appears it no longer works at all in 6.0.507.
Yet again, TOS was unjoined from the domain after the upgrade .. grrr, but OK.
And yet again when attempting to rejoin it just says "Incorrect username or password" after typing in what I 100% know is the correct username and password.
This time though, I know the LDAPS certificate is absolutely fine.
The following output was captured using journalctl -f while attemping to join the domain. Note the "Invalid Credentials" output that I assume is where it goes wrong.
Also some log output has been manually changed as it has logged my actual password (not ideal ...). I am also still seeing the last 6 lines output inifitely spammming the logs every 2 seconds.
In the GUI i try to activate mini and maxi SMB protocol version. Even if i click applpy, it's not working at all, and when i'm back on the page, it's still empty and of course, because it's not filled up i'm totally unable to log on at any share from my nas.
Really the poorest release i've ever seen from my side...

Your AD domain, does it have a password expiration policy? Could you please try modifying the user password within the AD domain and then reconfigure the permissions accordingly?
[/quote]
Well, now don't I feel like a total idiot.
This was exactly it!
I was convinced the domain user used for joining domain was set to never expire, but apparently this was not the case. And so while the password was right, it was indeed expired.
Apologies, and thanks so much for the massive hint.

Re: TOS 6.0.507 (X86) is Released for Update
After starting with a fresh install, I can no longer access my main media share from Plex. Have uninstalled/reinstalled removed every user and user group and readded them and then given every user full rights to every share (only for testing purposes) and cannot see anything below the root of the share for my media from within Plex. Has anyone else seen this? I had this issue with a previous version but did the above steps and it was fixed...but not this time.

Re: TOS 6.0.507 (X86) is Released for Update
Figured it out, it wasn't allowing me to limit Plex access via user and I couldn't see the application permissions for the share from my phone. Showed up just fine on desktop.

File /etc/exports have strange line.
After that I haven`t access to folder. If I delete this line, all work fine.
/etc/exprts
"" *(rw,async,crossmnt,insecure_locks,sec=sys,no_root_squash,anonuid=1001,anongid=997)
"/Volume3/public" 192.168.1.0/24(rw,crossmnt,insecure_locks,sec=sys,all_squash,anonuid=1001,anongid=997)
