The secure isolation mode is defined as follows: Upon activation of the secure isolation mode, the system will be isolated from the Internet, prohibiting any Internet access and disabling all forms of remote access.

Update:
P2P online help provided the solution, Activated auto DHCP mode (not manual mode), tos 6.0.610 responded to have successful connection (to TM server) for Applications updates. (Note: Originally TOS 5.0.154 was in auto DPCH mode, but after the upgrade to 6.0.530/6.0.610, network interface is set at Manual Mode)

Strangely, not doing anything overnight, Tnas PC showed WAN connection is successful and normal, after the first in the morning turning on TOS.

Anyway, GOOD TerraMaster, (restored confidence!) Thumbs Up

Problems: TOS 6.0.611 with Emby, new and original Emby directories in all volumes are not working, and not able to stream with Emby
Is it a common or isolated problem?? Please kindly advise. (When enabled remote access, Emby app was updated with newer version 4.8.10.0)

In tos 5.1.145, all was working fine with smooth Emby streaming. Upgrades --> 6.0.533 (no testing) --> 6.0.611 experienced problems.

Symptoms:
1. All original libraries are intact with 6.0.611, but CANNOT stream with contents.
2. Creating new library (for testing) was prevented, can add library but cannot add subdirectories (only stopped at e.g. Volume3, no further). Overnight, strangely can manually add directories but Emby indicated cannot find directories. (Very weak TM servers???)
3. Scanning new library (refreshing), could not see required media contents, and new contents (only a single file) from Volume1.
4. Uninstalled (without deleting all data) and reinstalled Emby numerous times, didn't help. Restarting Tnas didn't help.

Own mistake: Created Volme3 as new library (some media already resided in Volume3 subdirectories) resulted all media libraries were deleted, when deleting Volume3 new library. Horribly experience for wasting a week of hard nwork.

In addition: Tnas setting wrongly auto changing to Manual configuration from Auto DHCP setting (IPV4, Network, Interface) a few times after repeatedly with "Confirm" auto DHCP corrections.

Should I set IPV6, my service provider has IPV6 services. How ??

So I take it as TerraMaster is silently confirming that TOS 6.0.611 does not have any conflicts with current Emby upgraded version downloaded from TerraMaster server.

And regarding the network module issue you reported:
1. After setting the IP to DHCP, did the system automatically change it to a static IP? Does it not save the settings or does it switch automatically?
2. Currently, we support IPv6 services.

For "Network/Interface" setting for auto DHCP, believing that: the reverting from Auto (DHCP) to Manual by TOS 6.0.611 itself was ""caused" by TOS mandatory inducing for user to change IP. (This is another story to be handled later: why always need to change unit IP under certain conditions?)

Emby update: The resolution is to delete the original media directories (libraries) and reload same directories, then Emby libraries will function OK.

For testing: Selected a smaller library, created (added) SAME directory along side, means created two folders (same) in one library and refresh library (scan). Then the expected identical library will be showed. Other method: directly delete the library and rebuilt same library.

Undesirable: Emby is not perfect, for rebuilding a large library (CD songs), it always updated the some pictures of CD and song titles with different singers. It required tremendous time and effect to update a thousand songs.

Like to resolve: Correct Chinese character Words of CD Chinese titles are no problem (displayed with correct words), but all songs showed funny titles e.g. many "???????". Please is there a way to display correct song titles in Chinese. This would be a gift in this Festive season.
