I can only see about 10 apps to be installed under "All Apps" in the App Center. Wondering why with TOS v7 I'm not seeing any option to install TerraSync.
Thanks.

A Mystery. Which version of Tos7?
(There are many more than 10 apps listed.)

Re: TerraSync not showing as option in "all apps" on TOS v7
Hey @gremlin. Yes, I recently upgraded from v6 to the release of v7. I'm not sure yet if it has to do with my network firewall blocking some traffic, so I opened it up at this point. I'm not sure if there is a way to force a check-in and show any app updates, etc. It was never an issue with v5 or v6, I had 50+ apps listed. Very strange indeed. I may give it a day or so with unlimited outbound access and see if it corrects itself.
Re: TerraSync not showing as option in "all apps" on TOS v7
If you can only see a limited number of apps in the App Center, the issue may be related to your network connection; please verify that your NAS has a stable network connection. You can try temporarily disabling firewall restrictions to see if more apps become available.

Re: TerraSync not showing as option in "all apps" on TOS v7
@CursaYang, thanks for the feedback. Yes, I can confirm that Terramaster is using a non-standard ssl port (82) for the App Center. Once I allowed the port via the firewall, all the apps and updates showed up without an issue. Thanks for the recommendation. Would have like to have seen the use of standard ports over non-standard, but I understand.
Re: TerraSync not showing as option in "all apps" on TOS v7
Thanks for the feedback! But to my knowledge, there's no such thing as a "standard App Center SSL port" — the only standard is HTTPS on port 443. Correct me if I'm wrong, but what would the "standard App Center SSL port" be?

Re: TerraSync not showing as option in "all apps" on TOS v7
HTTPS/SSL has a standard port of 443 and in some instances 80 (accepted, but not the norm). Specific firewalls only allow a protocol (such as HTTPSS/SSL) over their default/standard port(s). I'm only saying that it required some looking over firewall logs to determine what was being blocked for the App Center and making sure others were aware if they had the same issue.
Re: TerraSync not showing as option in "all apps" on TOS v7
Are you talking about the TNAS firewall or the firewall on your router and/or other independant devices in your network. Or, is it being blocked at the ISP level? Perhaps you would care to share the make/model of the firewall device so that others can be truly aware.
