I have a F4-423 on v7.0.0765 of TOS with dual raid NVME disks for the system, Storage Pool #1. I also have dual 8TB HDDs as Storage Pool #2.
I just performed the upgrade from v6 to v7. I first removed the HDDs and followed the posts that walked me though the BIOS upgrade and tweaking of the disk order. All went well. I booked up the system and all appears good. When I go to disks, I see all my disks, but when I go to Storage Pools, I see that my HDD (Storage Pool #2) is showing an error saying "RAID is corrupt". It seems to think that the HDD disks are missing, yet I see them in the Disks menu.
Thoughts or ideas on how to get the Storage Pool back, if I can? Mount is greyed out. I have tried to also remove and plug back in the drives but that did not correct anything.
When I go to the two HDD disks and I hover over the greyed out Mount, it says, " Disk filesystem does not meet mounting requirements." This is showing on both of my HDDs. Not the NVMEs.
Not sure if this matters or not, but in v5 these two drive were system disks and in 6.0 they showed as being system disks along with the newly installed (for v6.0) system disks which are the NVMEs. I can see on the two 8TB drive that there is a small FAT partition as the first partition and the RAID the following partitions.

Re: TOS 7.0.0746 Official Release (X86) is Now Available
Issue solved. My sister didn't tell me she emptied the folder and created a new one. So it failed trying to backup an empty folder.jpeckinp wrote: ↑25 Jun 2026, 07:18 Still having this issue trying to setup new backup using USB COPY app.
I setup the location to save the backup to and it just randomly picks one of my drives and then when it tries to backup it fails.
The destination on both of these backups should be the same but for some reason the first one(Jane Pictures)gives drive SDG and the actual drive name is SDF. The few times I've tried it the name has changed from SDE, SDI and SDG and all 3 are valid drives in my Drive bay.
The Plex Backup runs just fine but it was a backup that I had setup months ago and is going to SDF like it should.

Re: TOS 7.0.0746 Official Release (X86) is Now Available
Having the issue with the Storage Pools after migrating from v6 to v7, can I simply delete the pools and Erase the two RAID drives and rebuild it? I do have a backup of the data I found, so not sure which is more time consuming, having Support assist in fixing it or just deleting myself and Erasing the drives and rebuild from scratch. Thanks.

If your data has been fully backed up, you can manually delete the storage pool and volume and then recreate them. However, you can also contact us directly for a faster service.quella wrote: ↑01 Jul 2026, 21:32 Having the issue with the Storage Pools after migrating from v6 to v7, can I simply delete the pools and Erase the two RAID drives and rebuild it?
