[Help] Plex, Emby, Jellyfin not updating with new files [SOLVED]

just upgraded to latest TOS7 , checked all apps and live scanning for changes etc are still enabled , worked fine under TOS6 but when I add media to my media folders (Movies etc) the new media isn't snanned into the library on Plex , Jellyfin and Emby. A manual scan however detetcts them. Anyone else getting this issue ?

Is the version number of the Jellyfin application the latest 10.11.15?

it is but its also an issue with Plex (latest) and Emby (latest) all running on the same NAS , same folder permissions etc and were working perfectly OK under TOS 6 which makes me beleive its a TOS 7 monitoring / call error

Based on your description, it is likely an issue of permissions. Could you please confirm whether you have enabled SPC mode?
