Updated from 7.0.0746 without problems. However going through my checklist I find:
1. Disk sleep still doesn’t work.
2. DST/Summertime not recognised in the system logs and media index scan timing. But it’s correct in the Disk Log.
3. Why is there no log entry for scheduled shutdown? There is for scheduled power on, manual power on and manual shutdown. Let’s have some consistency.
It's some time since I originally reported these and I was hoping to see some of them fixed.
Also, niggles more than bugs but I think the changes would give a more professional feel.
4. When Media index is disabled, Last run should show as --- , same as Status. How can there be a Last run date when it’s disabled?
5. If IPv6 is disabled then IPv6 Network Status should not be displayed instead of being shown as down.

Thank you for the information. We will investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Re: TOS 7.0.0765 Official Release (X86) is Now Available
Issue solved. My sister didn't tell me she emptied the folder and created a new one. So it failed trying to backup an empty folder.jpeckinp wrote: ↑25 Jun 2026, 07:18 Still having this issue trying to setup new backup using USB COPY app.
I setup the location to save the backup to and it just randomly picks one of my drives and then when it tries to backup it fails.
The destination on both of these backups should be the same but for some reason the first one(Jane Pictures)gives drive SDG and the actual drive name is SDF. The few times I've tried it the name has changed from SDE, SDI and SDG and all 3 are valid drives in my Drive bay.
The Plex Backup runs just fine but it was a backup that I had setup months ago and is going to SDF like it should.

Wow... the issues I had during beta that were ignored or told don't exist were finally fixed after the supposed official release. Whatever, at least were fixed.
Re: TOS 7.0.0765 Official Release (X86) is Now Available
F4-425 Plus here. Updated to latest version this morning without any problems. I also updated some of my Terramaster community place apps with their tos 7 versions.
Just noticed i can't open any of those apps in the app center. When i click open, i get a 502 bad gateway. All of the apps are working and accessible by the nas IP adress and ports.
I tried to reboot the NAS, clearing browser cache and cookies, tried also incognito mode and other browsers.
Also tried to re-install the apps and still same problem.
Now i can't access tailscale console management. Only the apps from community place, all other apps i can open them.
Anyone else?
Thank you

What broke
TOS 7.0.0765 re-permissioned files under /Volume1 and flipped acme.json from 600 → 775. Traefik won't touch an ACME store that open, so it dropped the cloudflare cert resolver, and every router fell back to Traefik's self-signed cert → ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID everywhere.
The fix (applied)
chmod 600 /Volume1/docker/traefik/acme/acme.json
docker restart traefik

Do the applications you installed depend on PHP? If they do, please install PHP manually from the App Center, as the latest TOS 7 no longer ships with a PHP environment by default.Metrogeek wrote: ↑01 Jul 2026, 14:40 F4-425 Plus here. Re: TOS 7.0.0765 Official Release (X86) is Now Available
is it possible that the nas drives can ping an email out as soon as they detect a new version available? it would solve the problem of me having to check the forums to see if there is one
