Test bed TNASes updated successfully; will test further for issues.
Re: TOS 7.0.0616 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
My F5-422 is also having exactly the same issue right now.Tom wrote: ↑03 Jun 2026, 06:16 just updated and the TNAS is just beeping every 1 or 2 secs I can't log in and using the windows PC app it shows the NAS ready but can't login. looks to me as if the update didn't work for me F5-221 was running TOS 7.0.612 I think . The constant beeping suggests to me that I need to reinstall the OS ?
I just reinstalled my TOS to 6.0.794 then upgraded to 7.0.0601.
My F5-422 will crashed immediately once I upgraded to 7.0.0616.
Update 1:
I received this message to my email.
"The array in storage pool 1 has been corrupted due to missing required disks! Please check if any disk in your array has failed or been disconnected. For data security, promptly reinsert all required disks and attempt to mount the storage pool."
Update 2:
After 2nd re-installation of TOS6.
I'm not able to see my existing volume and data anymore.
Possibly my data might be lost.
Performing 3rd re-installation at the moment.
Update 3:
After 3rd re-installation. I got back my data.
Lesson learn is "Do Not use the latest TOS offline installation package from other model".
The best way to re-install is to use the online method.

I have the same bug. In the App List a right click shows the "Uninstall" Button. In the App Center the App shows the "Install" ButtonRyanYang wrote: ↑02 Jun 2026, 20:41Hi weerasak,
Before we dive deeper, I'd like to confirm two things with you:
1. Are you currently able to install other apps normally?
2. Have you previously tried installing this app on different volumes?
If you originally selected Volume 1 for installation, please open the Terminal from "All Applications" on the TOS desktop, then copy and paste the following command (please be sure to copy and paste, do not type it manually to avoid typos):After it's done, try installing the app again. You can also download the version below first, then install it manually:Code: Select all
rm -r /Volume1/@apps/openclaw
https://download3.terra-master.com/Apps ... x86_64.deb
Regarding the stuck shortcut icons: please log in with an admin account, right-click the app icon on the navigation bar, and you should see a "Remove from Bar" option — click it to remove.
Feel free to let us know if you have any progress updates or further questions. We're happy to continue assisting.
When pasting your code snippet in the Terminal (I use also Volume1) I get back
Code: Select all
rm: cannot remove '/Volume1/@apps/openclaw': No such file or directorySince the Jellyfin Icon was also shown without having the app installed, going in the terminal in the @apps folder -ls shows no entry for Jellyfin. Installing it through the App Center creates the Jellyfin Folder in the @apps folder so that it can be uninstalled
Re: TOS 7.0.0616 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
Dear Team,
i have still a issue to upload documents/files from the Mac Finder (MacOS 26.5) to the NAS File Manager through Safari. It shows the Icon on the right Bar "Background Tasks" but on the upload window it shows "Currently upload 0 items to:" Same behaviour in a private Tab and the In built ad blocker deactivated.
Performing the same action works in Google Chrome without any problem, as well as copying the file through SMB to the NAS.
Thank you and BR

Re: TOS 7.0.0616 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
F2-221 updated. No particular issues so far.
I did note that on initial boot & login, the App Centre in the nav bar was tagged indicating an app needed updating. However, on opening the App Centre there did not appear to be anything that needed attention and the tag disappeared. {Cue for a song - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKDi6ym3Ny0 }

Re: TOS 7.0.0616 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
Hi Mike, as mentioned I tried the private / incognito mode in Safari.
I encountered the same behaviour also when trying to upload files from an iPad or iPhone to the NAS through a Safari tab, while on an iPad it's also not working using Chrome.
Re: TOS 7.0.0616 Beta (X86) is Released for Update
The root of the bug lies with WebKit: as Safari's core rendering engine, WebKit has a flaw that causes upload requests to fail on certain web pages (especially Ajax-based pages like NAS management pages). Bug reports indicate that when selecting a file to upload, the file size is incorrectly displayed as "0 KB," causing the server to consider the file invalid and refuse to process it.
Safari on iOS and iPadOS also uses the same WebKit engine, so this issue will also affect uploads on iPad/iPhone. The Chrome browser on iPad, which essentially uses WebKit, will also be affected.
