[Help] Is this normal for a RAID repair?

Post by Belve1949 »

I installed a new HDD in my T6-423 this morning and had it start repairing my RAID. I was replacing a WD Red 4TB with a WD Red 18TB. I have 6 drives in a TRAID set up. Everything seemed normal for the first hour, but now I can no longer connect to my NAS. It can't be found anywhere on my network, it wont even show in my router that it is connected. Is this normal for a RAID repair?

1.Sorry for the inconvenience, please check if ssh connection still works viewtopic.php?f=78&t=2350
2.If it doesn't work, you may plug one HDMI monitor to your T6-423, then restart NAS by power button, record monitor output and send it to us support at terra-master.com together with this forum link, or PM us, we will analyze for you carefully
