Disks 1 and 5 are both WD_BLACK SN850X HS 8TB drives and Disks 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 are WD_BLACK SN850X 8TB drives. I've swapped every single one out with a Corsair MP600 Pro NH 8TB drive and it still reboots randomly regardless/ all the drives tested okay. I waited a day after each swap and the F8 SSD Plus would randomly reboot with each swap still. What other options exist to stop the random reboots?TMjack wrote: ↑09 Feb 2026, 16:04 Based on the information you provided, the PCIe HUB chip (ASM2806) used in the F8 SSD product is already the latest version. Previously, we received feedback from some users indicating that certain M.2 SSDs caused device crashes or automatic restarts due to their own quality issues. To accurately identify the problem, we recommend that you test each M.2 SSD individually to isolate the faulty one. Additionally, please provide the brand and model information of the related M.2 SSDs.

Sorry for the inconvenience, you may enable debug mode from TOS desktop dock bar "Support and Help", when random reboots happen for several times, please re enter TOS desktop to export debug logs and send to support email for analysis, you may attach this link to the email at the same time.

Hello!
I'm have much the same trouble as everyelse here... I run FreeBSD, and as far as nvme it does not crash/restart even drives in all slots. Problem is I cant run that program to see the which version of firmware I have for the pcie-bridge.
I do however get sever instability issues with usb, which drops rather quickly when accessing disks/sending data.
I really need a fix for this general problem. Having a bios that almost 1 year old when so many people are running into problems? Are you working on a fix?
