The boot priority will not change on its own. After following the steps in the link, is the NAS currently functioning normally?
Can you read carefully??.... I'm not installed TOS on NVME, and I'm not changed my F2-423 boot order... I'm using HDD
I hope after this post, no one said about change boor priority again....

Clearly I wrote on the las post:
I'm not installed TOS on an M.2 NVMe SSD, I'm using HDD.
Is it possible the boot priority change it self?
My F4-423 failed to download this firmware like 6 times, then it did it and almost done updating and said the file was damaged. At this stage it took long to respond, meanwhile the page was not accessable... After like 10 minutes it came again back to life normally. Then I tried to updateit downloaded and updated well.

Nothing has changed.

The expected behavior should be:

1. Log into the mobile app once using address, username, and password
2. After that, the app should never ask for the password again

However, both before and after the updates, this is not the case. The app keeps requesting credentials repeatedly, which is very frustrating.

Nothing has changed — and this is not acceptable.

The expected behavior is very simple and standard for any modern mobile application:

1. Log in once using address, username, and password
2. The session is persisted securely (via token/biometrics), and the user is not asked for credentials again on every launch

Right now, the app completely fails at this basic functionality.

It repeatedly forces full re-authentication, as if session persistence does not exist at all. This is not a “security feature” — it is a broken authentication flow. Other financial apps (including banking apps) manage to maintain secure sessions without forcing users to enter credentials every single time.

This behavior severely degrades user experience and makes the app frustrating to use on a daily basis.

Please clarify:

Is this a known issue?
Is session/token persistence broken?
Is this going to be fixed?

At the moment, the app behaves as if it cannot store or reuse authentication state properly, which is a fundamental flaw for a mobile platform.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. To help us pinpoint the problem, please provide the following key information:
1. The version number of the TNAS mobile application
2. Your mobile phone's operating system and version: for example, iOS 17.5 or Android 14.
Currently, common scenarios requiring re-login include:
1. After the NAS device restarts;
2. The connection between the mobile device and the NAS is interrupted for an extended period or abnormally disconnected.
Please provide the above information, and we will investigate immediately. We sincerely apologize for the poor experience this has caused.

This login method for the app is designed for security purposes. If you don’t want to enter your login credentials repeatedly, it’s actually quite simple – just check the boxes for "Remember Username" and "Remember Password" when logging in.

Actually, I have noticed that with TNAS-PC 5.2.520 and Tos7.0.0465 credentials are not remembered between sessions, despite what is set on login. Not seen it before (I don't use TNAS-PC much nor the mobile app). To be clear "between sessions" means logging out of any webpage sessions opened AND logging out of the TNAS-PC session as well. HTH.

PS in TNAS-PC there is only "Remember Username".

Of course, I already checked the options like “remember me” and “don’t ask again” in the mobile app.
At the same time, I also have a Synology app installed on the same phone, and there are no such issues at all — in 2 years I have never had to re-login there.
But in the TOS Mobile app, this happens constantly, which is really frustrating.
By the way, since this morning until now, there have been no logouts.
Maybe something was fixed on your side recently for the TOS Mobile app?
