Thanks. I tried that, but my files are still unavailable in Volume 2.
I've sent a feedback report to my contact for further help.

Hi, we have received and reviewed the system report you provided.
It is possible that due to an unknown abnormal operation, the system's temporary configuration related to storage has encountered a situation where Volume1 is blocking Volume2.
Please try deleting the temporary conf files in these two locations and then restart the NAS to regenerate the conf files.

Code: Select all

rm /etc/volume/storage.conf
rm /etc/volume/volume.conf
If the issue persists, it is likely that the system database has been damaged unfortunately. It is recommended that you restore the factory settings and reinstall TOS.

I have just tried both solutions, and nothing worked.
Even after a reinstall of TOS, my data is not to be seen.
In SSH, it is there, but not in File Manager. Annoying :(

Hello, to troubleshoot your issue more accurately, we can arrange for an engineer to provide remote assistance.
Please visit the TerraMaster official website, click the online chat window in the bottom right corner, and contact customer service to schedule a remote service appointment.
When scheduling, please provide your email address and briefly describe the issue (or provide a link to this post) to expedite processing.

Sorry, but there is no “online chat window” in the bottom right corner, only emails: service, order, and support.
No “customer contact” whatsoever and no possibility to schedule a remote service appointment.

I guess I'm missing something there.

You can visit our official website homepage (it may take a moment to load). Once the circular profile icon appears in the bottom-right corner, click it to open the chat window and schedule an appointment with our engineer.
