[HELP] can't set permissions for usbshare

Post by Metrogeek »

F4-425 PLUS on tos 6.0.794. I'm trying to modify permissions for usbshare. Right now everyone has access, when i go to control panel/usb device/permission everyone is checked on allow but all is greyed out and can't be modified.

I don't want everyone to access my usbshare, what iam missing?

Thks

Unfortunately, the permission feature is only supported when the file system format of the USB drive is EXT4.
If your USB drive uses a file system format such as NTFS or FAT32, you will not be able to edit permissions.
