Hello! I'm having problems updating from 7.0.0299. I'm getting the message "Update check failed. Please check your network connection and try again.". The NAS has an internet connection and everything else is working as intended.
Sorry for the trouble.
We have observed multiple instances of this issue. The project team has started troubleshooting. The initial guess is that it may be due to a poor server connection.
Trying a few more times might work. If it still doesn't, you can download the update package directly using the link. (The 7.0.0392.bz2 link has been sent to you via private message on the forum)

Could you please try downloading the TOS 7.0.0392 upgrade package through the following link to confirm if it can be successfully downloaded? At the same time, we will conduct a thorough check of the server and perform an in-depth analysis to identify the cause of the issue. https://download3.terra-master.com/TOS% ... 161550.bz2

Can also confirm, manual download via Safari is ok.
I noticed that in Control Panel => Hardware & Power => Disk Sleep gets reset to the default of 10 minutes on each update/upgrade. It would be nice if a custom setting could be retained to better protect the hard drives. I have set it to 1 hour.
On a side note: I really liked the default wallpaper in TOS 6 (the lynx), but I forgot to save it. Could I still get this image somewhere?
Good afternoon! After updating the system, I cannot access the device via the web using your link... SSH only. I tried to clean the etc/p directory, but I don't have it. How can I restore access?
