the upgrade broke LDAP/DOMAIN group and users sync, please fix! Or is it possible to downgrade to older version which works?!!
Re: TOS 6.0.794 (X86) is Released for Update
Please confirm that there have been no changes to the network and domain server environment configurations before and after the upgrade. Can both the PC and TNAS ping your domain server and resolve it to a normal IP address?

Re: TOS 6.0.794 (X86) is Released for Update
Is there an issue with the on-line download package? I just tried to update F2-221 (from 6.0.770). Package downloaded ok to NAS, but would not update (stalled on unzipping). I then used an earlier version of .694 downloaded to PC and this uploaded to NAS OK, unzipped and was installing. Reported successful, but TNAS reports "Updated to 6.0.770" which is where it started. Going to try another reboot and ..... something .... in the meantime.

Third time lucky, I guess.
Checked the update log files and found an "Volume1/.deCompress......." 'not found' and then loads of 'bad key' errors (which sort of made sense). Checked on terminal and could not see any evidence of the missing file(s).
Tried again with the earlier download update file (known good) and it was successful.

Thanks. I will not be re-visiting this (I hope!) until Tos7 goes live and I update my main nas

Re: TOS 6.0.794 (X86) is Released for Update
wait what when did it exit beta phase and when was a fully fledged version of TOS 7 released?
or are you suggesting the only way to get "essential security updates" is to use your experimental beta versions of software you are developing? while the production version remains with these "essential security" holes still existing?

Re: TOS 6.0.794 (X86) is Released for Update
But your own documentation states that it's not suitable for production use so many users should still be on TOS6 and need to be supported. Dropping support of the release version to concentrate on the next beta is not professional or acceptable.
