The update package download failed. Please visit the official TerraMaster download center to manually download and install the update.
Failure to update and failure to download from the App Center are usually related to network issues. Please check if the NAS network connection is normal. You can also manually download the upgrade package 7.0.0364 and upload it for update: https://download3.terra-master.com/TOS% ... 271438.bz2

Permission in Docker are working correctly. The problem with granting rights to users through settings is a shared folder - permission. Changes are not applied, and a message about unsaved changes appears when you exit the menu. There is also a problem with Jellyfin, the metadata of videos uploaded online and manually is not saved.
Based on the information provided, it is not possible to determine the specific issue. Could you provide some screenshots to explain your problem in more detail?

error in new version of jellyfin with nginx. Not correct port. i changed port to 8096 and reloaded nginx, now is working fine. But better, update application.
After updating the F2-221 a volume was corrupted.
Unmount/mount didn't help so had to redefine volume/shares/folders/ACLs manually.
A real pain, especially since the same happened during the previous update. Maybe an issue with the disks?
Anyway, it was just my Test-box, ony contained backups of my main NAS.
Updating the F5-221 went fine, no issues there. Except for the backup RSyncJobs: they didn't work any more because of the missing shares on the other box.

UPS unrecognized again.
What model of UPS are you using? Can it be normally recognized and used in versions before TOS 7 or in TOS 6?
Tripplite Smart 1500LCDT
Back story. TOS 6 it worked on one version. TOS 7 it has only worked on 0.333 all others it won't recognize. I haven't power cycled since .0364 installed so it might come back up if I do that.
Current System:
F4-424 Pro
40TB storage.
TOS- 7.0.0746
To better resolve your issue, please temporarily refrain from updating the system version. Instead, visit the TerraMaster official website and use the Live Chat feature to contact our online customer service. This will allow you to arrange a remote technical inspection with a technical support engineer.

This also does not work. When I attempt to upload the file, nothing happens.

You can scan for bad blocks on the hard disk in the storage management.
