6.0.694 upgraded to 6.0.770-00002 doesn't solve the issue. /public share still can't be accessed by the Guest on MacOS. Ideas?

Try setting a simple password for the guest user in the NAS, and then try logging in again.

Alternatively, access it via the terminal using the command:

smbutil view //guest@NAS_IP

Have you ever tried setting a simple password for the guest user and whether it can log in normally.

Are you kidding? Isn't a Guest user should be a real guest that means passwordless user?

Sorry, this is just a test to check if users without passwords are disabled.
We expect there to be a plan to fix this issue this month, so please keep an eye on our subsequent updates. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Neither 6.0.770 nor 6.0.783 fixes the issue. What version of update we're waiting for?

Both F5-221 and F4-423 with latest 6.0.783 didn't provide Guest authentication. Any ideas?

I apologize that our relevant staff committed to resolving this in the new version, yet you're still reporting it remains unresolved. I will escalate this issue to the responsible team lead - this is a serious matter as commitments made should be honored. We'll also verify whether version 6.0.783 has indeed addressed the issue or whether the access problem stems from incorrect operational procedures.
