[Help] TNAS Web App not accessible

Post by faccvs »

Hello there,
I got the F4-424 a few hours ago. I initialized the nas from my smartphone following the guide in the box (QR code). Now apparently I can access the Web App only from that same browser on my smartphone. I tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox on my MAC and could not access. I also tried different browsers on my smartphone and only the one I used to setup the NAS can access the Web App.

The error I get: Server Not Found
NAS OS version: 6.0.783
URL: http://tnas.local:8181/tos also tried http://tnas.local:8181/tos/#/ (also tried https)

Attempted solutions:
- connect from different browsers on different devices
- reboot the NAS from the Web App (smartphone)

Worth to note that the NAS Android Client managed to connect successfully to the NAS

Any suggestions?

I solved the issue.
On Macbook, go to settings > Privacy and Security > Local Netowrk > enable your chosen browser to see local networks
