TerraSync 2.x not available on TOS 6.0.783

Hi, I have encountered an issue on 1 of my 3 TNAS.
First, I own 2 F2-424 and 1 F4-424 Max.
I have updated every of the 3 at TOS 6.0.783, but on just one of the F2-424 the app center can't update, so the terrasync client (and server) available version is still 1.3.930 (latest must be 2.0.005)...
The NAS is online and everything works fine, except the version of the available app.
To fix it, I have downloaded the 2.0.005 package from the the other TNAS and manually installed on the defective NAS.
But, I am wondering if there is something I can do to permanently fix the issue.
As now, the TerraSync Server on the MAX and the clients on the 2 F2-424s are working, but I fear the next update of TOS...

Hello! From your description, this is definitely an abnormal phenomenon, and as you mentioned, the other two units are functioning normally. May I ask if your F2-424 is able to update properly now? Hello!
the defective F2-424 is online (I can reach it through tnas.online and TerraSync works over internet), but the TerraSync app in the app center is still outdated (version 1.0.930).
I was wondering, is there a way to force app center update (without any lost of data of course...)?

or maybe I have to open a particular PORT on the Firewall?
