TOS 6.0.770 (X86) is Released for Update

Обновился до 770. По прежнему нет возможности создать более одной SMART задачи. Я хочу раз в неделю запускать короткий тест и раз в месяц длинный. Приходится раз в месяц изменять задание на длинный тест и по завершении менять обратно на короткий. Почему нельзя создать более одного SMART задания? В остальном проблем не замечено.

Didn't want to believe it, but @AlexanderSO is correct! How can they mess up something so basic?
Checked on 6.0.694 and it's the same. On one nas I already established more than one task under a previous version (obviously, but which one?) and those tasks are still there but cannot be added to.

upgraded from 6.0.673 => 6.0.694 => 6.0.770 without any problems. Auto update was used for both. All settings were retained but I do not run any extra addons like plex etc.

TOS doesn't run on a MAC

There are links for TNAS for PC/Devices on page 1 of this thread including ios, Android, Windows, and different strains of Mac

It's not a bug, but I don't know how to fix it. I bought a new F6-424 with TOS 6, and my question is: can I edit the top toolbar? There are buttons I don't think I'll ever use and I'd like to add some that I'll use regularly.

Hello! You can pin your frequently used applications to the top navigation bar, but the current system design does not support removing items that are pinned there by default.

Updated my F5-221 in the past week.
Found I was unable to login remotely - frustrating.
After checking all custom settings it seems that the update reset the ftp to default settings.
It was annoying, but able to fix in a timely manner.

You'll need to make a newer initboot USB to be able to install TOS 6 builds: viewtopic.php?t=6433
<As that thread mentions, only certain BIOS revisions are eligible to make the move to TOS 6; it's entirely possible that you might have a unit that isn't eligible>

It likely best to do a clean installation versus an in-place upgrade as the base is vastly different (TOS 5 is buildroot based whereas TOS 6 is Ubuntu-adjacent); you should make an additional backup of your data & configuration, just as a precaution on-top of your existing backup process, prior to starting.
