[Help] My D4-300 in not recognized by my windows installation

My D4-300 in not recognized by my windows installation, all the light are fine, if i plug it to my mac it work perfectly, currently when plugged into my windows installation it thinks that its a RAID controller and also show a Unkown USB Device (Set Address Failed) in the device manager.

It was working just fine prior to a failed windows update.

Hello! Your device works fine on Mac, so the device itself is normal. Consider other factors. What file system format are you using on Mac? It might be using a format that Windows doesn't support. If you're using a Windows-supported file system format, maybe it's a connection issue.

Please try changing USB ports, replacing the USB cable; try backing up data and reinitializing to see if it reads normally; update USB drivers.
