Usually i will not work on apps that are available in the official app store (with some exceptions). But everyone is free to choose, i will still provide a few versions update and see how it goes.
When are you going to release updates? Your mod works great.

I'm running an F2-212 and Jellyfin runs like complete trash in both community app download or Docker. Just pegs the cpu to 100% trying to play even the least demanding type of files.

Emby runs perfectly and handles all files I've tried on it.

Is there anything super obvious I'm missing on why Jellyfin runs so badly?

They just updated to version 10.11.2m. Since the server is the only one running an older version, external players won't let us play. When are you going to update your great mod? If we decide to switch to the official version, can we install it over the existing one without conflicts?

I thought most of the user switched to official app.
It is now updated to 10.11.2.0

Re: [ Jellyfin ] Version 10.11.2 Metadata

Post by rodneyblaylock »

Is anyone else having trouble connecting to TMBD to identify metadata for movies and shows?

This seemed to be working fine for me up until the middle of last week. Now when I try to use the identify command, I get no results in the search.
When I go to the TMDB plugin and click settings I get an internal server error.

Is this an error on my end or TMDB? If it's on my end, any suggestions on what to look for to fix the problem.

I'm running TOS 6.0 on an F2-425 NAS.

hi,

your community Jellyfin for ARM Tos5 works well although a little old now.

as there isn't a 'official' TOS5 version for ARM , is an updated community version planned ? just curious

thanks

Interesting, that there is an official app now in the store.
But what will happen if I'll switch from the outkastm version to this one?
Did anyone switched already? Will my database safe or can I migrate it? I don't want to tag und rearrange everthing again.

Do Terra master release jellyfin updates fairly frequently? 10.11.10 (current version available) doesn't work with the Xbox jellyfin app (controller support is broken)
My TNAS
  • Device = T6-423
  • RAM = 32gb official Terramaster ram
  • Disks = 3 x Seagate IronWolf ST400VN006 4TB
  • TOS = 7.0.0765
  • BIOS = 5.19
  • Mobile App = 3.5.0.77
