Emby access without wifi

Hello to all members. Only under wifi i can access my libraries. I set in terramaster f2-212 remote access but yet no work. Can anyone help me? Thanks

I have a nas terramaster f2-212 and from google pixel 9 pro XL i don't view libraries contents, only cover... What can i attach? I don't see error, only Black screen after click in cover. Many thanks

Regarding the libraries content and the black screen you mentioned, can you provide screenshots?
Does the issue only occur on your Google Pixel 9 Pro XL? Are you accessing it through a browser, or are you using the Emby client or another tool?
