Please Help!

I cannot copy between shared folders and getting Error 0x8007010B.

I am using Windows 11 Pro on F4-424 Pro.

Hello! To help us more accurately identify the issue, could you please provide additional details about your usage scenario? For example, are you copying via the SMB protocol, or are you performing the copy operation through the TNAS interface in a web browser?
The current error appears to be caused by an invalid directory under the Windows operating system. Could you also let us know if you have installed Windows on your TNAS ?

Issue happens when I copy through Windows Explorer. I mapped both Shared Folder and try to copy files. I am not sure if I am using SMB protocol. How to know?

I also have the TNAS app installed in Windows.
