[Help] cant get my tnas to resync

Post by veryneedy »

tos 6.0.577

model t9-450

i noticed my nas was bleeping the alarm today so i logged in and it says raid is degraded 85.25%

so i checked my drives in the control panel and they all saying heathly and present 1-9

i clicked to edit it and repair raid clicked next and hdd7 comes up

but if i click it and carry on it says all data will be erased so i click yes and then confirm it then confirms saved configuration but nothing else it still wont resync so is there somthing i am missing or should i replace disk 7 ?? with a new disk

Please first enable Debug mode in the Support & Help section on the TOS desktop and try fixing the issue again. If the problem persists, please download the log and send it to our technical support team, then disable Debug mode.
Next, try re-inserting the hard drive and restarting the TNAS. If the issue still remains, you can contact our technical support team for remote assistance.
If the hard drive shows as normal, the issue is typically fixable, but your case may require further inspection.
To contact our team, please send email to following addresses, remember to replace (at) with @
Technical team: support(at)terra-master.com (for technical support)
Service team: service(at)terra-master.com (for purchasing, return, replacement)
