USB serialport or pl2303 can I use this?

Why don't have kernel module for pl2303(serialport) I try use this because powercom wow-500u (compatible list) don't have stable connect (I check it on another PC with linux and Windows this is bug only on TerraMaster (TOS 6.0.577 now upgare 6.0.610)) I have pl2303 which check power by 5v on usb adapter and can write bash script when poweroff use shutdown. But wow-500u don't work with TNAS F4-423 and pl2303 don't have ttyUSBX because lsmod (no pl2303 -serialport) I am crying.

p.s. 2 next very stupid mind use raspberry pi first version for check power by pl2303 by usb and bash ssh script poweroff tnas but very stupid idea and not economic

p.s. 3 need work powercom wow-505u(i have this) and the best idea for all add module pl2303 - usb serialport(i have too) who don't have ups with control

Hello! Could you please provide the specific model of your TNAS device? Actually, you can easily access it through SSH terminal without the need for additional equipment like USB serial ports or PL2303.

I have ssh access, I Don,t have pl2303 module for your kernel, I use this module for check power lost, because powercom wow-500u have trouble in your firmware tos 6.0610, usb lost again and again. powercom wow-500u in your compatible list. I try resolve trouble use special board pl2303 have ping on power in serial port and unping when power lost

powercom wow-500u I check in two ps, with linux ubuntu and windows and it is working but in tnas f4-423 I have loaf module and remove module, some trouble in your firmware
