how can i change max tdp in bios of f4-424?

What version of the F4-424?
F4-424 (N95)
F4-424 Pro (N305)
F4-424 Max (1235U)
Dont replace the thermal-pad with thermal paste, because your temperature will get worse.
If you have to replace the pad, then with the PTM7950.
What helped me (N305) is to put the PTM7950 and a good fan -> be quiet! Pure Wings 3 PWM 120mm.
With DSM i can run it at 3GHz all time.

I have F4-424 (N95), cpu can reach only 1700 mhz, so i dont have problem whith temperature (max 70 c). I need to set max clock 3400 in turbo mode.

When you are in the setup of your ARC Bootloader, select custom choose performance mode.
