Upgrading from 5.1.131-00123 when none of the links work

I saw in a recent email that TOS 6 was available. I followed the link to find that the requirement to TOS 6 is to run 5.1.145 or higher.

The instructions to upgrade 5.1.145 or higher there say that I should run the update in the Control Panel > System > Update. However there it says "Current system is the latest version".

OK, so I attempt to download via a browser, but I get nothing at all. Changing to command line, I get "HTTP ERROR response 403 Forbidden"

I try the same thing with 6.0.530 and get the same response.

Please inform me what the proper method is to get my system up to date.

Or, perhaps this is a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". My system is too valuable to risk it.

When you use the command download on TOS 5, you need to use the "ter_wget" command.
You can try copying the link to a different browser to download it or check if the browser is blocking it.

FYI Browser downloads were working ok yesterday. I checked after reading the original post.
